We recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel near the beach. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities, including a private outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the scenic views. the location was also a plus, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room. Some areas were not adequately cleaned, though this did not detract from our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location on the pathway was perfect for us as we wanted a relaxing stay right at the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. The breakfast selection was great too. We couldn't have asked for more.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We recently had a romantic escape and the staff was amazing and friendly. The cleanliness was impressive, and we enjoyed the privacy that the hotel provided. The beach was beautiful and perfect for a nice stroll in the early morning. The hotel provided a lot of activities such as gym, bicycling, and yoga. We particularly enjoyed the coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise.
We were disappointed by the lack of direct access to the beach from our room, and the beach had a lot of broken shells and small stones. Some of the staff were a bit unresponsive, especially during breakfast buffet where the service was quite slow.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms had stunning views and were thoroughly cleaned. the staff was amiable and willing to lend a hand, making us feel welcome. the location provided a beautiful forest walk, and the experience of being immersed in nature was genuinely immersive. the food served was appetizing and delicious.
The restaurant was slightly expensive to our liking, and the breakfast menu had limited choices. the heating in the shower took longer to heat up, and the Wifi connection was sluggish.

The view from my sea-facing room at The Kasturi was fine. I could feel myself relax and unwind as I took in the picturesque scenery. The spacious and well-designed rooms and bathrooms provided a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. Plus, the turtle sanctuary was a unique and enjoyable experience for both me and my family. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful, attending to all our requests and questions. The food, although needing more variety, was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
